Capacity and dimension

COSORI air fryer and convection oven combo has almost double the capacity of TOA 60. The 32-quart cooking chamber is good enough for cooking in large batches that becomes sufficient for a large family. However, TOA 60 has also a 17-quart cooking chamber that can cook for a family of 5 or 6. 

The overall dimension of TOA 60 is lower than the counterpart as it has a smaller cooking capacity. Although the weight of these units is almost the same. 

Temperature range

COSORI CO130-AO has a wider temperature range compared to TOA 60. You can get lower temperate of 100F and a higher temperate of 450F at most. Therefore, the options of versatile cooking in more in COSORI. However, Cuisinart has a higher temperature of 450F as like COSORI but the lower range of this unit is 250F which is not sufficient for food dehydration.  

Control panel 

Both of these air fryer and convection ovens have manual control panels. But COSORI has a digital display with manual knobs for temperature and function settings. TOA 60 has different manual knobs for temperature, toasting, function, and timer setting. 

Cooking options

As the temperature range of COSORI is wider, you will have more cooking options in it. There are 12 preset cooking options in COSORI where you will get 7 preset functions in TOA 60. You will get rotisserie, dehydrate and ferment options in COSORI. These options are absent in Cuisinart. 

Price and value for money

The price of COSORI is slightly more than that of the Cuisinart. However, if we consider the value for money, then COSORI will be the winner. TOA 60 has fewer features and hence, less costly. But it should have been even more inexpensive if we compare the value provided by the COSORI.

Which one is better?

Considering all the features and advantages of the two most popular air fryers and convection ovens, it is clear that COSORI CO130-AO is the winner. It is a little more expensive than TOA 60. But the value for money of this unit is tremendous. It has all the options you expect from an air fryer. It can dehydrate any kind of fruits and vegetables. This air fryer also has the rotisserie option. If you have enough space in the kitchen, I would suggest you go for COSORI.
