The cooking capacity of both the convection ovens are good for cooking for a large family. TOA 60 is a 17 quart kitchen appliance that can cook up to 3 lbs of food in a batch. On the other hand, Black and Decker toaster oven can accommodate a 12” pizza in the cooking chamber. Both of them are good for large families having 5+ members.
Temperature range
Temperautre rang of both the appliances are almost similar. They can cook at maximum of 450F. The lower range is around 200F for both of them. Becasue they can not go below 100F, none of them can dehydrate. However, if food dehydration is a priority for you, then you may try Ninja DT251 or check the best air fryer and dehydrator combo models.

Both Cuisinart and Black and Decker toaster oven models have almost similar cooking functions. Both of them have toast, keep warm, broil and bake functions in common. Cuisinart TOA 60 has the air fryer function that is absent in its counterpart. None of the models have dehydrate or rotisserie functions.

The control panel of both the models is manual. Both of them have manual control knobs to control temperature, time and preset functions. Black and decker has 5 preset functions on the panel. On the other hand, it is 7 for Cuisinart.
Price and value for money
Black and Decker is priced just around 100 dollars. I think the value for money of this unit is great compared to Cuisinart which will cost you more than 200 bucks. Cuisianrt has a few cooking functions more than its counterpart. Compared the features against price, I think Cuisinart provides less value for money.
Special features
Cuisinart toaster oven has air fryer function. This function is the only differentiating feature when comparing with Black and Decker. I think it is a great feature that you should consider when choosing a convection oven. If there is not air fryer function, then you may have to purchase an air fryer separately that may cost you another 100 bucks and more space on the countertop.
Black and Decker is great as a toaster oven. It has separate timer for toaster function. This timer will allow you to get variable shade on the food.
Cuisinart TOA 60 or Black and Decker – Which one is the winner?
Although expensive, Cuisinart TOA 60 is the winner. It has air fryer function that is absent in Black and Decker. I would prefer an appliance that has air fryer and convection toaster oven function. Not all of us have enough space on the countertop. On the other hand, if I add the price of an air fryer, then the price of TOA 60 justifies.
If you already have an air fryer and now looking for a toaster oven, then Black and Decker will be preferable option. It has all the functions of Cuisinart except for air fryer function.
