The cooking capacity of the Power XL air fryer oven is 12 quarts. On the other hand, the Power XL vortex is a 10-quart air fryer oven. Both of these air fryers can cook for a large family consisting of 5 to 6 people. However, if you want air fryer ovens with higher capacity, then check these large capacity air fryers.
Temperature range
Both of these air fryers have similar temperature ranges. Power XL vortex can cook between 100F to 400F. On the other hand, the temperature range of the Power XL air fryer oven is 120F to 400F. The lower range is OK for both these models but the higher can could have been more. For example, some commercial air fryer ovens can go up to 500F.

Both of the air fryer ovens have similar control panel. Both of them have digital display with touchscreens. However, the number of preset cooking functions in both of the air fryer ovens is 10. Therefore, both of them are good for the beginners who do not know how to set time and temperature manually.
Price and value for money
Power XL Vortex is slightly costlier than Power XL. Both of them will cost you more than a hundred bucks. The value for money for Power XL is better than the Vortex one.
Special features
Rotisseire is a special feature that both of the air fryers have. Some expensive air fryer ovens such as Ninja DT251 does not have this option. Other than this, none of the air fryers have any mention worthy features.

Considering the features and price, Power XL 12 quart air fryer oven is the winner. It has more cooking capacity than Vortex but costs less. Therefore, if I were to make a decision between these two, I’d definitely choose Power XL 12 quart air fryer.
